You will need to add YOU’RE NAME, ADDRESS, TELEPHONE #, EMAIL ADDRESS, your VIC CARD NUMBER, and the University Meadows Elementary School, which is 2312. Then click CONTINUE & follow any remaining instructions.

Visit www.foodlion.com you will need to enter your 12-DIGIT MVP NUMBER, YOUR NAME, and THEN FIND University Meadows BY SELECTING OUR STATE, CITY & THEN CHOOSING University Meadows AS YOUR ORGANIZATION, TO LINK YOUR CARD. **
