 Ranson Middle School is a 40 year old neighborhood school surrounded by numerous
mature trees with approximately 1150 students, growing each year. It consists of
grades 6-8 spread out over 8 acres, utilizing 3 main buildings and 15 portable
classrooms. We have over 70 classroom teachers and over 45 support staff and faculty.

Click on The Famous Mart to see a special offer from them just for Ranson School Uniforms! For the 2009-2010 school year, 8th Graders will be wearing black shirts and light blue shirts, 7th graders will be wearing yellow shirts and navy blue shirts, and 6th graders will be wearing green shirts and white shirts.

School Fundraiser- Participate & Help Ranson! Ranson will be participating in Box Tops for Education this year; please save your Pink Box Tops from such items as cereal, cake mixes, etc. and turn them into the media center or your child's teacher to help Ranson earn $.

Ranson's Classroom Crawl was a great success; teachers got to visit each others' classrooms, ask questions, get ideas, and vote on winning rooms. Congratulations to Ms. Talton, Mr. Keene, & Ms. McCullough/Mrs. Bowling for their unique themes, ideas, and creativity!

A HUGE Thank You goes to all our Charlotte citizens who voted for the school bonds in September.
