Thursday Folders
Our school cares about the environment, so we have decided to eliminate as many paper products as possible when communicating with our students and staff. Rather than printing our meeting agendas, we display them on the overhead. We email our weekly communique. We post important information on the Public Folder on our computer network. We are posting grade level newsletters on their websites.
Our PTA has taken important action to help our efforts at being more environmentally friendly. Instead of handing out hundreds of paper copies of PTA information in Thursday Folders, we will send out an email on Thursdays with necessary information and attachments. For families who do not have internet access, a hard copy of important items will still be sent home in Thursday Folders.
