Dress Code Enforcement

We will spend the first week of school teaching the dress code to students.  Students will not be able to attend class in violation of the dress code.  Parents will be allowed to bring appropriate clothing and we will have a limited supply of clean clothing for students to borrow.  All bandanas and visible doo-rags will be confiscated.  Parents have one week to pick up confiscated items.  After one week, they will be discarded.  Repeated violations of the dress code will result in consequences ranging from parent shadowing, to after school detention, to in school or out of suspension.  Any student in possession of a bandana will receive a one-day out of school suspension or a full day of parent shadowing on the first violation.
