The primary goal of the Guidance Department is to enhance student learning. We work hard everyday to deliver a comprehensive counseling program that supports and promotes academic, career, and personal/social development. We hope that you find the information on these pages very useful. Please check this page frequently for information on testing, graduation requirements, and scholarships.

The mission of the school counselor is to provide a continuum of support services that positively impact the development of the whole child through the school, family, and community.

Our goals are to foster:

  • Academic development. Promote academic success for all students at the various stages of their development.
  • Life skills and career development. Facilitate the development of meaningful life and career decision making skills for all students at their various stages of development.
  • Personal and social development. Foster personal and social development of all students.
