Announcements Due to scheduling conflicts resulting from inclement weather, we will not have a general booster club meeting in February.  The next meeting will be at the Chick-fil-a outside Northlake Mall on Monday, March 8.  Thank you! Find us at http://twitter.com/hopewelltitans Help Support Heart of A Champion Day & get some exercise in the process! CMC is sponsoring the 5th Annual Cupid's Cup 5K on Feb. 13. CMS Students, parents & staff members can participate & raise funds for 3rd Annual Heart of a Champion Screening day simply by registering & running in this event! Register now to participate! Heart of a Champion Day for 2010-2011 School Year will be June 5, 2010! Sponsored by Carolinas Medical Center, Orthocarolina & Sanger Clinic, this is a great opportunity for your child to get a free health screening, including a general assessment (height, weight, vision, blood pressure, etc.), a cardiac assessment (including an Echocardiogram & EKG), and an orthopedic assessment. Look for more information about registration to be posted in late March or early April! Comedy Zone comes to Hopewell! On Feb. 20 @ 7:00 pm in the Hopewell Auditorium, Celebrity Comedian Shaun Jones will be performing! Tickets are $15.00, and all proceeds go to the Hopewell Athletic Department. Tickets can be purchased beginning in February online or from any Hopewell Athlete or by contacting the Hopewell Athletic Department. Check the Hopewell Athletics website later this month for more information. Coaches for Cancer Night will be Feb. 2 against MooresvilleHigh School. Come support our basketball coaches as they wear sneakers to help fight cancer! Special events to contribute to the night will include purchasing a basketball in honor/memory of a cancer fighter; donations, Suits & Sneakers night, and many more to come! Contact the Athletic Department if you would like to donate or volunteer to support this event. Hopewell Athletics Boosters introduces our Shop to Earn website this website works like the grocery store links where you shop at stores that you normally would but the store sends a % of the sales to the Hopewell Booster Club. Please check it out and make purchases through this website – there are more than 600 stores participating. This is a great way to raise money for our athletic program without doing traditional fund raising. Pass the link along to all your friends and families.  They don't have to belong to Hopewell to participate,they just have to shop via our site Shop to Earn! Booster Club Meetings are held the Second Monday of each Month at 7:00 pm in the Cafeteria! The next scheduled meeting will be Monday, March 8th @ Chick-fil-A outside Northlake Mall. Upcoming Events Monday, Feb. 8: Basketball v. Mooresville--4:00 pm Coaches for Cancer Night--Purchase a basketball in honor or memory of somebody who has battled cancer. Tuesday, Feb. 9: Basketball @ Vance H.S. Thursday, Feb. 11: Basketball v. North Meck--4:00pm Senior Night! Plan to arrive EARLY--IT WILL SELL OUT! Season Passes will not guarantee admission after it has been declared a Sell-Out. You will not be allowed to purchase a ticket, leave, and then return later. HOPEWELL FANS: Park in the "Bus Lot" on the Gym Side of the School. After the game, you will be asked to leave through the doors leading to the 900 Building. Vehicles will only by allowed to turn RIGHT from the parking lot. NORTH MECK FANS: Park in the Student or Faculty Lots on the Baseball Side of the School. After the game you will be asked to leave throught the doors you entered. Vehicles will only be allowed to turn LEFT from the parking lot.
