Family Survey

CMS has randomly selected parents of students at Grier to participate in the 2009-2010 Family Survey. Postcards were mailed out to those randomly selected parents. Instructions for this online survey are included on the postcards. Your feedback is important; so, please take the time to complete these surveys. If you are unable to complete the survey via the Internet, a paper version will be available at Grier. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call the front office at (980) 343-5671. With your help, we can reach our goal of 100% participation. Thank you in advance for your support in completing the survey.
