Welcome to the Endhaven School Leadership Team Website

What We Are:

The School Leadership Team (SLT) is a committee comprised of the principal, staff members, parents and a PTA representative. This team's primary function will be to provide leadership for the school in developing and implementing the School Improvement Plan.  The School Leadership Team is our school's primary vehicle for development of our educational strategies and ensuring that our resources are aligned to implement these strategies. The SLT is a communication link within our school, and, to the larger school community.

Functions of the School Leadership Team:

  • Facilitate the involvement of the school community in designing and implementing the School Improvement Plan.
  • Encourage, support and create opportunities for involvement from parents and community.
  • Coordinate the activities associated with the design and implementation of the School Improvement Plan

Although the School Leadership Team is not directly involved in the day-to-day operations of the school, it is involved in a number of tasks that affect the operation of the school. The SLT also:

  • Advances policies and procedures that enhance achievement and meet educational, safety and parent involvement goals
  • Facilitates decision-making two-way communication and all available data
