Transportation Information and Procedures
q If you are new to Dilworth, and you have not yet received bus transportation information, then you must apply with the Transportation Department. Our region is the Waddell High region, and our specialist is Tim Woodle. His office number is 980-343-6970
q If you have a child that has been enrolled at Dilworth, but you have moved to a new address (and/or your bus information is incorrect from where you live), we must change your address in our system, so that we can request new bus transportation for you. We will need proof of residence (i.e. copy of a power bill, lease agreement). After we change your address in our system, then you may request a new bus route. You will call transportation (980-343-6970), and request a stop.
q If you have received bus information, but you want to request an alternative route to send your student to a day care or after school program, you must fill out an on-line application. No more written requests will be accepted for this school year. The website is listed below.
q All requests for transportation after August 15th will not be given bus transportation until after the beginning of school, unless a bus stop already exists. Transportation will notify the school, and we will notify you when your transportation service will begin.
