2009 - 2010 School Supply List

Each school year families are asked to donate supplies for the classroom.  Each grade level (Primary and Lower and Upper Elementary) provides a supply list which includes materials that will be needed for each child, as well as supplies that will be shared among the classroom communities.  Please do not write your students' names on the supplies as all supplies become part of our community supply closet.  

PRIMARY CLASSES (PRE-K & KINDERGARTEN)

  • 1 "Primary" (larger lined) marbled composition notebook
  • 3 boxes of 24-count Crayola colored pencils
  • 2 boxes of 12-count yellow Ticonderoga #2 pencils
  • 4 glue sticks (2 packs)
  • 1 container of liquid hand soap/refill (not hand santizer)
  • 2 containers of bleach-free disinfecting wipes
  • Change of clothes*
  • Book bag (no wheels, please)
  • Additional supplies requested from GIRLS:
    • 3 boxes of tissues
    • 1 box of quart-size Ziploc bags
    • 2 packs of non-scrubbing sponges (4)
  • Additional supplies requested from BOYS:
    • 1 box of bandaids
    • 1 box of gallon-size Ziploc bags
    • 1 box of 8 washable markers

* By the first day of school, please provide a change of clothing for your child (accidents happen).  Place the clothing in a large Ziploc bag with your child's name on the outside of the bag for easy access.  Be sure to label each item of clothing with your child's name.

LUNCH BOX:  If your primary child is carrying a lunch box to school each day, please include a placemat/cloth napkin insde.

LOWER ELEMENTARY CLASSES (GRADES 1 - 3)

  • 1 book bag (no wheels, please)
  • 2 packs of 4-count glue sticks
  • 1 bottle of Elmer's glue
  • 1 box of tissues
  • 1 pair of scissors
  • Marbled composition notebooks
    • 1st grade: 
      • 3 "Primary" marbled composition notebooks
      • 3 marbled composition notebooks
    • 2nd grade:  5 marbled composition notebooks 
    • 3rd grade: 
      • 5 marbled composition notebooks
      • one 1/2" soft-sided 3-ring binder (solid color)
  • 1 marbled compostion notebook with graph paper (4 squares/inch)
  • 1 pack of wide-ruled notebook paper
  • 3 24-count packs of yellow Ticonderoga #2 pencils  
  • 1 pack of 16-count Crayola colored pencils
  • 1 pack of Crayola markers
  • 1 box of Crayola crayons
  • 1 roll of paper towels
  • 1 box of plain band aids
  • Change of clothes*
  • Additional supplies requested from GIRLS
    • 1 box of quart-size Ziploc bags
    • 1 box of plain bandaids
  • Additional supplies for BOYS
    • 1 box of gallon-size Ziploc bags
    • 1 bottle of dish detergent

*By the first day of school, please provide one change of clothes (sometimes accidents happen).  Place the change of clothes in a large Ziploc bag with your child’s name on the outside of the bag for easy access.  Be sure to label each item of clothing with your child's name.

UPPER ELEMENTARY CLASSES (GRADES 4 - 5)

  • 1 book bag (no wheels, please)
  • 2 packs of 4-count glue sticks

  • 1 box of tissues
  • 1 pair of scissors
  • 2 marbled composition notebooks
  • 2 1 1/2" 3-ring binder
  • 1 package of 8 dividers
  • 2 folders with side pockets
  • 1 marbled compostion notebook with graph paper (4 squares/inch)
  • 3 packs of wide-ruled notebook paper
  • 3 24-packs of yellow Ticonderoga #2 pencils  
  • 1 pack of 16 Crayola colored pencils
  • 1 pack of Crayola markers
  • 2 rolls of paper towels
  • Additional supplies requested from GIRLS
    • 1 box of quart-size Ziploc bags
    • 1 box of plain bandaids
  • Additional supplies for BOYS
    • 1 box of gallon-size Ziploc bags
    • 1 bottle of dish detergent
