In developing a partnership with home, school and community to share in the responsibility for the development of the child.
-
That peace, respect, courtesy, and inner discipline are essential for becoming a productive citizen of the world.

Chantilly Montessori School continues to grow. Starting with 130 students during our first year school year, we have increased our student enrollment to approximately 300 students for the 2009 - 2010 school year. If you are interested in finding out more about our school, please call the school office at 980-343-0692 or e-mail Dr. McCarley, principal.
Chantilly Montessori School opened in August 2005 as the third public Montessori school in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg School district. Our school is a full magnet program with the Montessori philosophy taught school-wide.

During the 2009 - 2010 school year, we have four Primary Classes of PreK and Kindergarten students, seven Lower Elementary Classes of first, second, and third grade students, and two Upper Elementary Class of fourth and fifth grade students. In 2010 - 2011 we will add sixth grade and our school will serve PreK - sixth grade students.
Our school is fully staffed with a NC licensed and Montessori trained teacher and a teacher assistant in Primary and Lower Elementary Classes. In addition, our support staff includes a principal, assistant principal, school secretaries, guidance counselor, school psychologist, literacy facilitator, cultural arts teachers (music, art, and PE), lead Montessori teacher, and a media specialist.
Our classrooms are fully equipped with brand new Montessori materials that allow our teachers to provide beautiful learning environments.
